Our hotline staff are pleased to answer all questions concerning the functionality of our products. Simple questions can be answered immediately, more complicated questions are transferred as "Support Call" to the Compumatica telephone support service.

Telephone support

Our telephone support staff help our customers to solve problems concerning configuration and trouble-shooting and provide them with general advice about the Compumatica products.

  • For customers without service contract, telephone support will be invoiced with EUR 150 per hour (with a clearing unit of EUR 75 per half hour or part thereof).
  • If you have not concluded a service contract, please order telephone support as stated in our offer.
  • If you have concluded a service contract, please have the contract number ready when you call.
